About Our Unique Women's Recovery Adventure

Ty Goodridge-Lund is Founder and Director of The Open Door Retreat, a women's retreat and recovery living adventure.

Upon graduation from the Hazelden School of Addiction Studies, Ty became a certified alcohol and drug counselor. She is also a certified equine therapist and has over 20 years experience as an interventionist.

While working in a residential alcohol treatment center, she became aware of the need for a safe environment for women to continue their drug and alcohol recovery.

Ty employs a holistic approach to alcohol and drug recovery, understanding addiction and recovery from her own personal journey. She uses a multidisciplinary approach to sober life recovery with individuals as well as groups. Ty has dedicated her career to helping individuals find a healthier way of living through spiritual discovery and personal growth.
