The Open Door women's extended living center, located outside of the magical town of San Miguel de Allende Mexico, is a unique place where women recovering from addiction, as well as issues of self esteem and relationships, can reflect on their lives and their journey in sobriety.

Our four-week addiction recovery programs are designed to guide women who have been sober for at least 30 days along the path from addiction to recovery. Our goal is provide an enhanced addiction recovery experience and to help each woman to discover her divine purpose in life so that she may develop a foundation for life-long sober living.

Women's Addiction Recovery Programs for the Body and Spirit

Throughout their 4-week spiritual journey at the Open Door, women experience a variety of planned activities designed to help them transition from addiction to recovery, develop self esteem, and learn to enjoy sober living.

The journey of addiction recovery is one that never ends. Regardless of where we are in our journey, we can always benefit from further self-discovery.

We believe in a holistic approach to women's addiction recovery. Our relapse prevention programs are designed with the whole woman in mind and are designed to build self esteem and self worth while also teaching powerful relapse prevention strategies that can provide a foundation for years of joyful sober living.

Upon leaving the Open Door, women will have adopted a personalized relapse prevention plan, a set of relapse prevention exercises that they can use throughout their lives, and a healthier sense of self esteem and purpose.

You're Worth the Journey!

If you're like many women, you accept the burdens and responsibilities of those around you. You are a give more of yourself to others and rarely, if ever, give back to yourself in a way that strengthens you.

At the Open Door, women learn from and support each other as they share in the transitional journey from addiction to recovery with one another.

Enjoy the peaceful, tranquil setting of our 20 acre ranch style estate located in the countryside of magical San Miguel de Allende Mexico. Relax in the ranch's natural thermal pool, take walks among nature, and share experiences with other women as you reflect upon your own life.

After an addiction recovery journey at the Open Door Retreat, many women realize:

  • Improved family relationships
  • Their unique sense of purpose
  • A renewed interest in their personal dreams
  • A more balanced life

Our mission at the Open Door Women's Relapse Prevention Center is for women to experience a heightened awareness that life is abundant with possibilities and challenges that stimulate growth while transforming old and inhibiting beliefs.
